2 Corinthians 9:10-14
For God is the one who provides seed for the farmer and then bread to eat. In the same way, He will provide and increase your resources and then produce a great harvest of generosity in you. Yes, you will be enriched in every way so that you can always be generous. And when we take your gifts to those who need them, they will thank God. So two good things will result from this ministry of giving - the needs of the believers will be met, and they will joyfully express their thanks to God.
As a result of your ministry, they will give glory to God. For your generosity to them and to all believers will prove that you are obedient to the Good News of Christ. And they will pray for you with deep affection because of the overflowing grace God has given to you.
TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK
Tanzania, Africa
Tanzania is an East African country that has a population of 60 million. The harvest is truly ripe and plentiful, and the workers are few. Many we encounter have never heard the name of Jesus and are in bondage to witchcraft and demonic religions. Christian pastors are experiencing persecution, but the Lord shows Himself mighty through miracles and deliverance. Pray that the Lord of the harvest would send forth workers, provisions, and the Word of God to Tanzania.
2023 Tanzania Mission Stats: This mission with E3 Partners was life changing! Our American team worked with African pastors and missionaries to reach 5,693 people with a clear gospel presentation. 2,721 people received Christ! 1,346 people were trained and equipped to share their faith. Many churches were planted, and each village was established with a local pastor to continue discipling the new believers.
2024 Tanzania Mission Stats: The mission with E3 Partners was incredibly fruitful! Our team consisted of 25 American missionaries partnering with over 100 Tanzanian Missionaries. 10,807 people heard the Gospel presentation, 9,704 people professed faith and received Jesus Christ as their Savior! 2,137 people were trained to share the gospel. 162 people were baptized, and we helped plant and establish 50 new churches, each with a TCCP (Training Centers for Church Planters) trained local pastor in place to shepherd the new believers and care for the new churches.

Dodoma, Tanzania.
​Pastor Joseph Kelvin founded KEBO Social Protection Organization to care for the needs of disabled, abandoned, and drug addicted street children and orphans, and those with or affected by the AIDS virus. He brings food, orthotic devices, shoes, toiletries, womanly supplies, educational materials, and the gospel of Jesus to them on a regular basis. Joseph is a gifted and educated man with a heart on fire to serve God. With his education, he could easily pursue a high paying career, but instead has chosen to serve the Lord full-time in ministry. He works tirelessly to serve the needy and share the gospel.
As a former Muslim he has special insight into reaching this people group and has miraculously been accepted into local schools to share the gospel. He has recently adopted a young girl named Rebeca who lost her parents to AIDS and is herself living with HIV. Please pray with us for her complete healing.
Immediate needs are: walls and a roof for the local church plant building and funding for all supplies regularly distributed along with local outreach.
“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are My disciples, if you love one another.” John 13:34-35
Mwanza, Tanzania.
Pastor Isaac Silvanus and his family planted and pastor a church in a village in Mwanza. He is gifted in teaching the word of God accurately and training up disciples. He evangelizes and supports the community with special focus on caring for the children of the area through sports and music. Public education is not available in Tanzania and only those with money for private school can go. Most children's families don't have the money to send them to school and these children are left alone for the entire day to care for each other and their younger siblings. Because of what the Lord is doing through SEEDS OF HOPE, Isaac's church was able to put a roof and walls on their church building. He was also recently able to purchase two microphones and speakers to play music to encourage the children to come to his church to play and to receive the gospel message. He actively engages them in soccer, dancing, and stories, all the while ministering to them in the Lord. His heart is to be able to extend his scope of influence to help more children through a feeding ministry, but he is limited by finances. Immediate need is financial support for the completion of the church building, as well as support for the establishment of the feeding ministry.
Malawi, Africa
Malawi is known as "The Warm Heart of Africa". It is one of the top 5 poorest countries in the world. Malawi is said to be 75% Christian but roughly 95% of the people encountered are not born again. Many are in bondage to legalism and have been taught a prosperity gospel message. With no access to Bibles or a Bible-teaching church they are still lost and seeking. Because of the poverty many children are abandoned, forsaken, or left to fend for themselves. Pray that the Lord sends workers and the Word of God to Malawi.

Lilongwe, Malawi Feeding Ministry. Pastor Edie Chisali and his volunteers feed 350 street children and orphans Mon-Fri, what is usually their only meal for the day. Pastor Edie is a savvy businessman and is gifted in making the most of what he is given. He has vision and the skill to implement and take action on the visions the Lord has put in his heart. He and his wife have seven children and run two businesses in addition to running the feeding ministry.
With help from SEEDS OF HOPE Mission Outreach and donors, and because of the great love for the African people in the heart of our missionary member Pastor Thomas Vigil, one acre has been purchased, and two stores are being built on the road frontage to help support the ministry. In addition, a Korean well ministry found out about Pastor Edie's efforts and has donated a well that will provide water to the land! The vision for the future of this land is to farm it as well as to build and establish an orphanage to house and care for the physical and spiritual needs of the children while also providing employment for forsaken and widowed women. There is funding needed to build a missionary house to serve as a base for missionaries coming into the area to serve, as well as funding needed to build the orphanage. Pray for the Lord's mighty hand to make a way!
Blantyre, Malawi. Pastor Cloud's family and ministry was blessed with an acre of land beacuse of the vision the Lord gave to Pastor Thomas Vigil, and beacuse of the help of SEEDS OF HOPE Mission Outreach and donors. Pastor Cloud has a huge love and heart for children and plans to enlarge his feeding ministry through farming. He and his family planted the acre with maize, a staple crop in Malawi, as well as onions and more. He recently reaped his first harvest of four 50 kg bags of maize. There are about 120 orphans and street children in his village in Blantyre that can be reached with the gospel and fed as this ministry grows. Please pray that provision will continue to come in, so that this community can be cared for, discipled, and shown the love of Christ.
Our Team
The partners we work with are great friends and siblings in Christ. Without these faithful partners in the ministry, we would not be where we are today or have the ability to reach as many people with the gospel and the love of Christ as we do.

OUR STORY
LOOK, I AM THE LORD THE GOD OVER EVERY CREATURE. IS ANYTHING TOO DIFFICULT FOR ME? JEREMIAH 32:27
MATTHEW AND VANESSA ROGERS BOTH HAVE POWERFUL TESTIMONIES OF HOW THE LORD PLUCKED THEM OUT OF DARKNESS AND BROUGHT THEM INTO HIS MARVELOUS LIGHT EVEN BEFORE THEY MET. GOD'S BEAUTIFUL PLAN OF SANCTIFYING HIS BELOVEDS CONTINUED WHEN THEY WERE MARRIED IN 2015. THROUGH TRIALS AND ADVERSITY, THE LORD STOOD OVER EACH OF THEM, WORKING ALL THINGS FOR THEIR GOOD BEACAUSE THEY LOVED HIM AND WERE CALLED ACCORDING TO HIS PURPOSE. AS THEY PRESSED INTO GOD'S PLAN FOR THEIR LIFE, HE OPENED THE DOOR TO MANY FORMS OF MINISTRY. TOGETHER THEY DID MINISRTY ON THE STREETS OF SEATTLE IN THE DARKEST HOURS OF THE NIGHT WITH THEIR CHURCH GROUP. THEY SERVED THE HOMELESS WITH PRAYER, HAIRCUTS, AND FOOD FOR THE HOLIDAYS. THEY SERVED IN YOUTH MINISTRY AT THEIR CHURCH AND HELPED LEAD YOUTH CAMPS. VANESSA LED WORSHIP, AND MATTHEW SERVED AS A YOUTH LEADER.
THROUGH ALL OF THIS GOD HAD BEEN STIRRING IN THEIR HEARTS A DESIRE FOR MORE. YEARS BEFORE, GOD HAD PLANTED A SEED IN VANESSAS HEART, A DESIRE TO GO TO AFRICA, AND AFTER MANY YEARS OF WAITING, THE LORD BROUGHT THEM INTO A SEASON WHERE THEIR HEARTS ALIGNED, AND THE CALL BECAME A REALITY.
IN 2023 THE DOOR WAS OPENED FOR MATT AND VANESSA TO GO TO AFRICA ON AN EVANGLISM MISSION TRIP. THEY JOINED WITH LONG TIME FRIENDS DANNY AND CARISSA CLEAVE, BOTH WITH MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE, AND THEIR TEAM ALSO LED BY MIKE TALLEY, A VETERAN MISSIONARY AND PASTOR. AFTER SPENDING TIME EVANGELIZING AND PLANTING A CHURCH IN A VILLAGE THAT WAS NOT VERY ACCEPTING OF THEM AT FIRST, A BOND WAS MADE WITH THE VILLAGERS. THIS BOND WAS EVIDENT IN BOTH THEIR HEARTS AT THEY WE'RE LEAVING THE VILLAGE ON THE LAST DAY. THEY WATCHED THE CHILDREN THEY HAD TAUGHT THE WORD, RUN AFTER THE VAN. AS THEY WAVED GOODBYE TO THEIR NEW FAMILY IN THE LORD, THE TEARS BEGAN TO FLOW.
UPON RETURNING HOME, JET LAGGED AND WAKING UP AT UNUSUAL HOURS, MATT AND VANESSA DIDN'T WANT TO MOVE ON FROM THEIR EXPERIENCE. THEY BELIEVE THAT IS WHEN SEEDS OF HOPE MISSION OUTREACH WAS PLANTED AND BEGAN TO GROW. THE FRUIT THAT WAS PRODUCED ON THEIR FIRST TRIP WAS IMMENSE AND BOTH MATT AND VANESSA WERE LONGING TO GET BACK IN THE MISSION FIELD.
THEY WAITED ON THE LORD, AND IN HIS PROVISION, THEY WERE ABLE TO RETURN THE FOLLOWING YEAR.
THEY HAVE WITNESSED THAT WHERE THERE IS GREAT HUMILITY, THERE IS GREAT GRACE. GOD WORKS MANY MIRACLES IN AFRICA AND THE SPIRITUAL WORLD ISN'T HIDDEN. THE LORD LED THEM TO BE A PART OF CLEAR DELIVERANCES FROM DEMONIC OPPRESSION AND TO WITNESS HEALINGS AND RESTORATIONS.
JUST AS THE SOIL OF AFRICA IS RICH, SO ARE THE HEARTS OF THE PEOPLE. WHEN THE SEED OF THE GOSPEL IS PLANTED HERE, THE SOIL OF SO MANY HEARTS ARE OVERJOYED TO RECIEVE THIS HOPE. MANY ENCOUNTERED SAY THEY HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS JESUS THEIR WHOLE LIFE. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF WOMEN, CHILDREN, AND MEN, WITHOUT FOOD, FRESH WATER, OR SOMEONE TO HELP THEM.
NOT EVERYONE IS ABLE OR HAS THE DESIRE TO GO, BUT ANYONE CAN PARTNER IN THE MISSION BY HELPING WITH WHAT THEY CAN. PLEASE JOIN WITH SEEDS OF HOPE MISSION OUTREACH AND PARTNER IN REACHING THE UNREACHED, LOVING THE UNLOVED, AND BUILDING UP THE BODY OF CHRIST.
LUKE 10:2 THEN HE SAID TO THEM, THE HARVEST IS PLENTIFUL BUT THE LABORERS ARE FEW; ASK THE LORD OF THE HARVEST, THEREFORE, TO SEND OUT WORKERS INTO HIS HARVEST FIELD.
UPCOMING TRIPS
San Jose, Costa Rica. We will be working with Dave and Lisa Trotter, 40 year missionaries, Rock Harbor Church Florida, Filter Of Hope, and local Costa Rican pastors to bring filters for clean water into the impoverished villages surrounding San Jose. Dirty water is one of the leading causes for death and disease in communities striken with poverty.
While installing, we give a clear gospel presentation and opportunity to receive Christ. This is our first mission through Filter of Hope and we look forward to bringing clean water as well as the LIVING WATER to those in need.

Jenda, Malawi. Another trip with E3 Partners, we will be headed to Jenda Malawi to spread the gospel, plant churches, train, equip, and support local pastors. We hope to fly out early before the rest of the team with Thomas Vigil to connect and check on the ministries we support in Blantyre and Lilongwe.
We look forward to being in Africa again and we can't wait to share the testimonies of what the Lord is doing and has done! We are expecting great things!
